Drive around, leave town for alittle, be with someone thats cares for you more then you know, run to the mountions and srceam your lungs out, just run and and run till you can't stand it anymore, or just act if its nothing. Some seem to work mmore then others, but to matter what a few days or weeks later its back the samething or you swear it seems worse. Whats the deal with that.
